Negative was an unexpected $100 charge for vent compliance (on top of $1400 job installing $684 heater) and a brand substitution that I was not warned about (Bradford White to Ruud). Once I voiced my irritation, after the job was already paid for, Charlie reimbursed me $75.

Had a great experience! I called at night because of a leaking hot water tank, he called me back 10 mins later and came the next morning.
