I am making tremendous progress with ProEx, under the incredible care of Pam. The staff is friendly, the space is small (but not too small) and so I quickly got to know the staff members and even the other patients. No one wants to have an injury, but it's nice to have a great team to guide you and route for you as you work toward recovery!
After 3 torn ACL's and having a good amount of experience with PT, I can't say enough about my experience at Pro Ex. 2 years ago I had torn my ACL and MCL and had a lot of PT at another PT facility.im glad I tried Pro Ex as they were very helpful in explaining what we are doing and why. It's good to know that when you doing an excersise wrong they correct it by explaining what your doing wrong and explainingtm the solution to fix it. Great experience to say the least and would highly recommend to others.

My daughter is a competitive gymnast who required surgery to remove a bone spur from her ankle. The surgeon recommended 6 weeks of PT to get her back into shape and onto the competition floor. I can not say enough about the competent, caring staff at Pro Ex Arlington! Allison Stringer understands athletes and their needs. Her thoughtful step by step approach to my daughter's recovery really helped her get back to the sport she loves! The office is esthetically pleasing and the office staff is friendly, professional and always accommodating (thank you Meghan!). We were thoroughly satisfied with our experience.
