This idiot place does not even exist in Arlington. Four months ago I went to the building to find out that they have moved to 40 miles away to Littleton, MA. without any notice to the customer. On the web they still maintain the Arlington address, a total fraud . Every time I went to the office, they were more occupied selling women shoes on line than insurance. In terms of calling customer their excuse was that its illegal to call the customer even if they had problem with insurance which never happened to me with other companies !!!! Because of them I will never go with SAFETY INSURENCE
