Shattuck's forever! Exemplary customer service -- they took a return of an item my 87 year old mother bought 2 years ago and never used. They don't even carry it anymore and they still took it back. I was thrilled to use the store credit for other items she needed. I’ve also special ordered items from here, like a grain shovel with a metal pan that my husband uses for snow since he snaps the plastic ones….They happily found a supplier and ordered it for me.

Love this store since it was on Mass. Ave. with the worn out floors! Not only do they have what you need or will get what you need, they will fix just about anything. I have 40 year old storm windows that needed the frame fixed, also my cuckoo clock!! Just great, knowledgeable people.
